Generally, we do not receive any non-public personal information relating to TPVG stockholders, although certain non-public personal information of our stockholders may become available to us. We do not disclose any non-public personal information about our stockholders or former stockholders to anyone, except as permitted by law or as is necessary in order to service stockholder accounts (for example, to a transfer agent or third-party administrator).
Who Has Access to Customer Information
We restrict access to non-public personal information about TPVG stockholders to employees of our investment adviser, our sponsor and its affiliates with a legitimate business need for the information. We will maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards designed to protect the non-public personal information of TPVG stockholders.
